Shipping & Delivery
Shipping
We understand that families and individuals worldwide may want to welcome one of our Bernese Mountain Dog puppies into their lives. We proudly offer safe, secure, and affordable airline travel for your new puppy. While we encourage adopters to pick up their puppy in person at our home, we recognize that this may not always be possible. To ensure the safest transport, we work with the most reputable live cargo company in the U.S., making it possible for families near and far to experience the joy of owning one of our special Bernese puppies.
Domestic & International Shipping
We provide shipping to every U.S. state and Canadian province. Additionally, we offer international travel options, though costs for overseas shipping are higher.
Shipping Costs:
Within the U.S.: $200 per puppy, including an airline-approved travel kennel that remains with you upon arrival.
Within Canada: $300–$450 per puppy, including an airline-approved kennel that stays with you.
Puppies traveling to Canada require specific vaccinations and are ready for border crossing at 10 weeks of age.
Choosing the Best Flight Path
To ensure efficient and comfortable travel, we work with top airline carriers such as WestJet Cargo, United Airlines Cargo, and Air Canada Cargo. This allows us to select the fastest and most convenient flight route for your new puppy.
Your Puppy’s Flight Journey
Departure Location:
📍 4704 S 163rd St, Omaha, NE 68135 ✈ Destination: Anywhere worldwide!
Your puppy will travel in an airline-approved plastic-sided kennel with proper ventilation, a sturdy structure, and secure fastenings. To make the experience smoother, we introduce puppies to their kennel beforehand, allowing them to feel comfortable before their flight. Each puppy will be accompanied by a comforting, scented blanket to ease any stress and provide familiarity during travel. The blanket also serves as an absorbent bedding layer for cleanliness.
We carefully schedule feeding and bathroom breaks before travel to minimize accidents. Puppies are exercised before their flight to help them rest peacefully during the journey. We never use sedatives, as young puppies naturally sleep deeply and should not be overstimulated by the sounds or sensations of the aircraft.
Your puppy will travel in the pressure-controlled, temperature-regulated, and oxygen-controlled cargo section of the plane. All essential health certificates, our three-year health and genetic guarantee, and additional documents will be securely placed in a colorful folder on top of their airline kennel. Other belongings—including their toys, food, leash, and collar—will also be attached.
Real-Time Flight Tracking
For added peace of mind, you can track your puppy’s flight path from departure to arrival.
When your puppy lands, they will arrive safe, comfortable, and ready to begin their incredible life with your family!
